Holly has worked in all facets of the wine business, from winery to restaurant, retail, and finally distribution for the past seven years. Wines of the Sea Dinner at Costa Blanca-
Join us for a special 5 course wine dinner prepared by Chef/Owner Hector Ruiz & Chef Gustavo Romero Veytia at Costa Blanca Bistro. They have put together a stunning menu of small plates, paired to wine selections by Erin Ungerman of New France Wine Company. Focusing on seaside vineyards from around the world. These wines are incredibly transparent in their saline nature & constitution, exhibiting their ability to refresh us even though we are not lying on a beach. A dinner not to be missed!

Italian Wine Dinner
Please join us for a special wine dinner on Wednesday, September 27th. Emilano Morando of Ferraris Winery will join us. The winery is located in the rolling hills of Piedmont, in the town of Castagnole Monferrato. It is family owned and operated, producing both distinctive red and white wines. Chef Ruiz has put together a lovely menu to highlight each wine and bring out individual distinctive notes.
